Throughout pregnancy it is vital that expectant mothers continue to exercise as this prepares them for not only the changes that occur to her body throughout the pregnancy, but for the demands of the delivery, and in the postnatal / recovery days to follow. No two pregnancies are the same. Most are uncomplicated pregnancies, and with an experienced coach who understands the changes that occur to your mind and body during pregnanc...y you can continue to safely train for a healthy baby and pregnancy journey. It is vital that your coach understand the changes experienced throughout each trimester and the consequences these changes bring. My hot tip - find a coach who specialises in prenatal / postnatal training. 40+ weeks is a long time to not be exercising, and the benefits to you and your baby are just too good to dismiss.
