20.01.2022 The dedicated Tumbling Class is suitable for athletes working at Level 2 and above (proficient in handstands, cartwheels and round offs). This class is perfect for anyone wishing to take their tumbling to the next level including gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders. With access to all our trampoline equipment, tumbling skills can easily be practiced before being transferred to the floor. It is also suitable for ex-gymnasts looking for an activity to stay fit and maintain their... skills with minimal time commitment. The Tumbling class runs for one hour on Thursday nights from 6pm. For some extra fun, why not combine it with one hour of Trampoline fun from 5-6pm. 06.01.2022 In response to the latest NSW Health Advice for Sport and Recreation, Gymnastics NSW is implementing a 10km participation boundary for club members. This change will come into effect from the 28th of August 2020 and is designed to limit travel across the Sydney Metropolitan area due to concerns regarding ongoing unidentified community transmission. This restriction will only apply to members of our Trampoline and Tumbling program however at this stage, none of our members will be effected due to exemptions granted under the specialised training rule. For more information, please visit the Return to Training Plan on our website. If you have any questions or concerns about your eligibility, please contact Trampoline Head Coach Robert Bull on (02) 9522 0484.
