Last night we hosted a tasting event which focussed on Oak Fermented Styles of Champagne, the red wines of Bordeaux and a bracket of 6 Burgundies. My highlights were the 2007 Moillard Clos De Vouget Grand Cru, and the 2008 Moillard Batard Montrachet Grand Cru. These tastings keep us winemakers current in wine styles and methods of production that results in more interesting, flavoursome wines for our loyal customers. See more
