25.01.2022 Tomorrow (Saturday 22nd June), we will be at 2 markets: Bentleigh Farmers Market (East Bentleigh Primary School) & a new one: Slow Food In Spotswood at the Spotswood Kingsville RSL, 16 Mary St. https://www.facebook.com/slowfoodmelbourne/ We will have a full range of stock, including: mince & smoked chicken breast, as well as all the normal cuts (breast fillets, marylands, wings, frames and of course whole chickens), both Joyce's Gold and regular meat chickens. It will be cold Winters morning, but that is ideal weather for roasts, or making your own stock from our frames.

This month we have a couple of new products: Smoked chicken breasts - We are now offering our very own chicken breast fillets that have been smoked by the butchers at Murphy's Meats in Trafalgar. The fillets are first brined to add flavor and make them more tender before being slow cooked and smoked. Each package will have one fillet skin on, ar...ound 400g. Smoked chicken breast is ready to eat and can be used in sandwiches, pasta, salads and pies. 07.01.2022 We’re at Eltham Farmers' Market tomorrow. A cool day with just a chance of a shower. Although Eltham market is on every Sunday. We only attend ONCE A MONTH, on the 2nd Sunday.
