21.01.2022 This is our little dog Dollie. Dollie is a pug and she is a rescue dog and is so gentle and friendly. We have a family of magpies visit us every day and we feed them low fat mince ( dont you just love it ) for breakfast and dinner. We dont feed them during the day although they come for a feed. Dollie shows interest when we feed the birds but never chases them. She is hoping they will drop some food so she can scab it . She is so funny . Yesterday a stray duck flew ...into our pool and called it home for an hour or two. I fed the duck with bread and Dollie cleaned up the crumbs. I have added a photo of Dollie and the duck so you can see them. Dollie just loves food. Her favourites are fresh apples, pears, carrots, sweet potato, fish and meat of any kind. We dont give her raw fish as it is not good for dogs so we cook the fish for her . Well today I made some more of The Sauce and Dickies Tomato Relish. Yesterday I prepared 12 more bottles of Pickled Garlic. I am getting my stocks ready for an indoor market at Joondalup Resort and Country Club on Friday 31 August which commences at 6 Pm . It should be a fantastic night so please come along and taste my samples and enjoy yourself. Well thats it for now and I will post some more news for you shortly. Best regards Miriam.

21.01.2022 Hellos this is Miriam from Miriams Kitchen Magic and some of my products in preparation for the Joondalup Resort Market on the 31 August at 6pm. It will be a great night not to be missed. My presentation packs which include two of my Australian wide winning sauces would make a great Fathers Day present. Or my pickled garlic which is perfect on a cheese platter (leaves no garlic breath) or my Dickies Tomato Relish perfect on cold meat or in a sandwich.

15.01.2022 Great lunch snack. Scrambled egg with smoked salmon slices garnished with chopped parsley. Simple to make and super tasty. MKM hint . For a thicker creamier scrambled egg base, mix one desert spoon or 10 ml of butter with a cup of milk and 4 eggs. Whip briskly and cook in a microwave until it rises. Garnish with finely chopped parsley. Serving for 2 persons . Compliment with raw tomato cut into rings if required. Salt to taste

Although Miriam and MKM had intended to have a stall at the fair you can still purchase any of Miriams MKM products by either emailing phoning her on 0478 641 740 or by email at [email protected] At this stage it is not known if a replacement date for the fair has been determined.
