Have been using diluted peppermint under the feet of master 2 all week to help moderate his body temp while he fights off an infection that the doctors can’t give any medication for . Such a great alternative because he literally melts down at the sight of a medicine bottle

22.01.2022 I know I’ve have been harping on about Peppermint essential oil this week and it’s uses on the wee ones but today it’s my turn after a full week of broken to little sleep (not complaining cos I know you mummas do this on the regular) I will be inhaling this guy today like there’s no tomorrow to help keep me focused at work and energy levels up!
