21.01.2022 Last night, for something a bit different, I made Lamb Mussaman Curry with our Mirrabooka Prime Lamb forequarter chops. The meat was so tender it fell off the bone and all the kids loved it... which is an added bonus. Beats takeaway & I have plenty to freeze for a another couple of meals. SO Yummy!

14.01.2022 Tonight's Lamb Meal....from last night's left-over lamb roast...Mini slow-roasted Mirrabooka Prime lamb pies with smashed peas and re-cooked roasted veges.....these pies were quite simply little morsels of happiness on a plate....the kids LOVED them & they were gone within minutes (absolutely unheard of in my house). Super Tasty... These will be a regular at my place, that is for sure!

14.01.2022 Our tiny farmers have had a ball on the farm these school holidays with so much happening at this time of year! We have had some good rain of late so things have really greened-up but we could always do with some more...not to be greedy! We have our new crops starting to pop their heads out of the ground AND most excitingly....our first lambs for the season were born, a beautiful set of twins!!

08.01.2022 ***EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT*** TO OUR HUNTER VALLEY FRIENDS - We will be doing a hunter valley delivery on the 3rd of May with 3 delivery/pickup locations to choose from; Weston, Draytons Family Wines & Aberglassyn (The delivery is a little different this time due to the volume of orders we have received) . 04.01.2022 This little one lost his mummy today so will be hand raised and kept as a pet because the kids have already named him - Pam the man lamb ... They didn't realise he was a boy when they picked a name that rhymed with lamb!
