20.01.2022 My office this week

19.01.2022 After a grueling 5mths of completely stripping layers of paint and stain off weather boards, replacing and rebuilding windows and staircases, it's done. The house, built on the Mitchell River is only 15yrs old but has previously had 3 compromised paint jobs which created the toughest job I've ever done. Now on to the inside when all this social anguish is over

19.01.2022 After patiently waiting for me for five months and then two months of work, The results are in just in time for Vinny and Gaylene’s Christmas. We discussed the paint scheme throughout the prep, which was long and tedious, and they were happy to take my recommendations, even painting out the old dated red brick which gave it a more modern look. Really happy with the result, time for a well deserved break. Merry Christmas to all of my clients, and have a wonderful 2019.

13.01.2022 Arse flexing cherry picker work. Have no know idea how many times I said the f word to myself !!! This was a rust red trimmed yellow house perked up above chinamans creek in Metung with their own private jetty. After several discussions with the owners who were adamant that it was going to be all black,, we had more discussions and this is what I came up with. They live in Sydney and won’t be down till Christmas. I love being entrusted with someone’s home.

12.01.2022 Two years later I did finish this project. Built 130yrs ago by my great uncle, I had the privilege to restore it. Torturous on your own when 70% of the time frame is scraping and SANDING. The front door and it’s beautiful ,original lead light side panels took over 2 weeks prep to be even ready for a wood primer. Job done

08.01.2022 New canvas. Strangely enough we are getting rid of the green. Whoop Whoop. Sorted a paint system today and can’t wait for the outcome

02.01.2022 I was pretty stoked to be asked by the St Mary’s Church Restoration Committee to come in and restore a couple of side access doors as part of a $2,000,000 project. Even the door handles which were black came up like new after a couple of hours polishing
