25.01.2022 PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION! CHOICE OF REPAIRER!! Do you have itIf not we strongly recommend you do! Why would I want that? You might ask?... Well... lets just take a look at these 2 photos, one quote is for an independent insurance company WITH choice of repairer that actually takes care of their customers and pays to have their car fixed correctly as it should be. As you can see they barely adjusted our quote and are happy to pay to get your vehicle back to its former glory at wherever YOU as the PAYING CUSTOMER chooses to have it repaired. Youd think that would be the case with all jobs right??? Wrong. Nowwwwww, swipe left and check out the other photo. A 3.2k quote which is chump change for the big mobs gets chopped down to 1900 bucks. Why? Because they dont care. They dont care about you, they dont care about your car. They dont care about anything except for how many dollars they can save. Thats it. Now if this customer didnt have choice of repairer theyd be stuck with a 1900 repair job or even less really that should be at least 3k at wherever they get forced to go. But because they are clever and DID have choice of repairer, we were able to negotiate a better price and get the job done for them. Now obviously we cant name names and tell you who they are etc but please at the very least make sure your policy has choice of repairer! Considering you spend 100s maybe even 1000s of your hard earnt money for peace of mind incase you damage your car or someone elses, you should have the right to decide who, where and when its repaired, dont you think? A little while ago you hopefully read a story about our shop neighbour Kenny and how we only charged him 1 dollar to fix his F truck and his hilarious reaction A few of you said you would like to see Kenny, well alas! Here he is! Now apologies for the delay, but it takes quite a lot of skill, stealth, determination and patience to sneak a couple pics of old Ken at his finest, something I have had to train long and hard ...for.
