25.01.2022 Before & After: GSW Grounds Care Belmont. This showroom floor was well overdue for an upgrade. The old Vinyl tiles were removed and existing floor ground to full aggregate exposure. We then applied a clear satin polyurethane top coat which has brightened up the old showroom and given a seamless maintenance free floor.

25.01.2022 Traveling to out of the ordinary places to be part of the building process is both enjoyable and satisfying. We get to see some amazingly beautiful homes coming together with views to match.

24.01.2022 This tired looking outdoor area was brought back to life by grinding to full exposure and applying a clear acrylic coating. A non slip additive was also added to the final coat.

24.01.2022 Before and after photos of cat enclosures we completed this week for a local Bengal cat breeder Arrowfield Bengals. Makes cleaning a whole lot easier now with the smooth finish epoxy coating.

23.01.2022 FLOORING IS FINISHED We are so excited to share these before and after photos with you all. Cleaning wasnt much fun but its going to be so much easier now. It... looks amazing. A lot of people dont understand that we are not in it for the money. As you can see, what little extra we have, gets put back into making our cats as comfortable as possible. I cant wait for all the enclosures to dry and start setting things up. See more

22.01.2022 A beautiful home overlooking the beaches of Apollo Bay. The builder used a custom mix using 7mm coloured aggregate. A full exposure high gloss floor was requested.

21.01.2022 Before: Black concrete outdoor area. Dark, gloomy, rough finish with control joins everywhere. After: the client wanted a more modern look so we used an epoxy flake system to give a smooth, seamless, brighter looking area.

20.01.2022 A new build with a light grind, high gloss polish finish.

16.01.2022 *Before & after* This outdoor area needed a revamp. A new brighter finish was achieved with an epoxy flake system in grey granite. Note: The fascia was also painted in Colorbond Dune to match the existing house colour to give the finished product a crisp clean look.

14.01.2022 High gloss polish with full exposure completed for a local builder.

14.01.2022 18mths after doing the initial first cut we have returned to this unique home nestled on the banks of Lake Purrumbete. The clients were after a high gloss polish floor to match the concrete finishings of their home.

14.01.2022 Before & after photos of a front porch. The before photos show the old concrete with numerous failed coatings, the finished product was achieved with an epoxy flake system in Carbon.

13.01.2022 Colac Otway Shire mechanical maintenance shed. This old shed had 30+ years of grease and oil buildup covering the concrete. A heavy grind was required to remove the weakened and contaminated surface. A chemical moisture barrier was applied to purge moisture and further contaminants from the concrete. Then a 2 coat system of industrial epoxy was applied to create a washable surface for oil and fuel spills. A non slip additive was added along with line and coloured safety markings.

Basically, polished concrete is concrete that has been processed with a combination of diamond tooling and chemical treatments to harden and help close the pores of the concrete slab. Concrete polishing is our most popular floor treatment because of its beauty, its cost effective lifespan and its eco-friendly process. Often people remove carpet, tile or other flooring to reveal the concrete floor beneath. Carpet glues, tile glue and other coatings ...can be easily removed by grinding as part of the polishing process. If there are pre-existing conditions such as stains, holes or cracks, these can be treated to diminish their prominence but cannot always be totally eliminated. 11.01.2022 A revamp of what was once an old dairy into a comfortable weekender. The client was after a rustic look for the floors in the wet areas, so a clear polyurethane coating was what they went with.

10.01.2022 Rough textured concrete on this outdoor area had ground in dirt from everyday living and pets. A heavy grind to full exposure was required to remove contaminates and to flatten the slab. A clear acrylic coating was then applied to create a sealed smooth surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.

10.01.2022 Revamping a verandah on a period style home. The concrete was old and the previous coatings were failing and peeling off. Weve given it a fresh new look by grinding and exposing the stone which really sets off this period Home.

05.01.2022 This factory floor was ground to clean the old concrete and remove any contaminants. A moisture barrier was then applied followed by 2 coats of an industrial epoxy coating with nonslip for added slip resistance. Perfect solution for food grade requirements.

05.01.2022 Grinding off the existing 90s look spray pave and bringing it into the 21st century with an epoxy flake refinish.....what an improvement!!

04.01.2022 Not every floor turns out as expected. This particular slab had discolouration from water while curing. The client was wanting a salt & pepper grind with a Matt finish. After the initial grind we were worried about the discolouration. The client was happy for us to continue and once finished was more than pleased with the unique result.
