21.01.2022 Are Limiting Beliefs Holding You Back? Question, do you have limiting beliefs? So what is a limiting belief? A limiting belief is that little voice that pops up in the back of your mind that says, I can't do this? I would never qualify to do this. I can't have what I want. ... Do you have those thoughts? Do you have those limiting beliefs? Well, the thing with the limiting belief is, if you haven't actually asked the right questions, and if you haven't actually checked out to see whether you really can do this, or whatever it is to achieve your goals. If you really have, go into it, and use the energy to go and find out whether you can achieve those goals, then you'll never get there, right? Its almost like, if you want to score goals, youve got to be kicking that ball. So my question to you is, do you have limiting beliefs about a cash flow positive property? Do you have limiting beliefs that are holding you back from wanting a cash flow positive property? Today, I had a really interesting experience. I was on a motivational course, I was sitting next to a really lovely guy and we started having a conversation and he said to me that he would love to have two or three tool panel commercial properties and he said to me, theres no ways that Id be able to get them. In conversation, I said you are 100% wrong mate, you actually do qualify to get exactly what you want. Just in a short conversation, - it was probably about 5-10 minutes, just by him telling me what he has, where hes been and his little bit of his journey - so a little bit about him, I could see from the outset that he would qualify to buy a commercial property, a cash flow commercial property. It's been his dream for many years now that he wants to buy cash-flow commercial properties, so that he can leave them to his sons, in his estate, so that THEY can earn the passive income. All he wants to do is teach his kids the strategy and how it works. We had a bit of a laugh, and I said to him, Hey John, what is your limiting belief? And he just looked at me, I went on, a limiting belief is that little voice in the back of your mind that says, I can't do this. I don't qualify for this. I'm not even gonna bother doing this.
