23.01.2022 Day 12 This is tough one for me. I tell my children, my Husband and my clients don't worry about what people think but I still have this voice in my head that's asking me what does that person think? In 1 year or 5 years is what they think of me really going to matter. My self worth is what is going to get me though my life. Kath

22.01.2022 Exercise comes many in different forms and there is no right or wrong way when you listen to your body and move to be happy. It could be kicking a football with you children or going for a run. I move because it makes me feel good. I have days when I am busy and my children need my attention so exercise for that day is a game of football in the back yard or shooting hoops with a netball with my girls. #30daybodylovechallenge

16.01.2022 Its #Pelvicfloorfriday. Did you know mishfit trainers have a whole network of dietitians who want to help our clients. We have also worked with Zoe from FigureAte and have created the mishfit Food Recovery Plan which has been designed by a registered dietitian specifically for postnatal women. I think its important that we are healthy inside and out and this has huge benefits for our Pelvic Floor.

14.01.2022 Day 10 This is a great message as sometimes we lose sight of why we exercise and why we eat great food that is good for us. Looking great is just a buy product of how you feel. We talk a lot in class about how we feel and many of you are surprised at the difference one class a week makes and how different you feel when you miss that class. Its not very often we talk about what we look like especially when we are exercising. So ladies be Bold, Be Strong and do things that make you feel amazing. Kath xxx

13.01.2022 Day 17 When I was 16 I injured my back and spent 3 months flat on my back in hospital. I am so thankful that I recovered and body allows me to do all that I need to do. #mishfit #30daybodylovechallenge #bodylove



12.01.2022 Day 11 My body has done some amazing things. I love what it allows me to do more then what it looks like as I would be upset if I couldn't exercise, if I was unable to spend the summer on the Wake board or I was unable to to play with my children. 12.01.2022 I am sure you are all enjoying the school Hoildays. This has some great advice as I know most of the 30 day Challenges dont work. So lets forget about them and create our own challenge write it down and feel free to share. It could be Day 1 Make time to eat breakfast. Day 2 Spend 15 mins one on one time with my children no phones no FB just us and mother nature. Kath x

11.01.2022 I hate any type of 30 day squat, plank or sit up challenges. So at mishfit we have come up with the best 30 day challenge out, the mishfit 30 day body love challenge. As August has crept up on me we are now on day 3. "Which is I love to be healthy." So do your body proud and do something your body will love. It could be walking your children to school or enjoying a healthy afternoon tea with them. Kath x

11.01.2022 Day 9 You body changes though every stage of your life and having babies bring on some big changes. I can remember looking in the mirror after I I had my son 10 years ago. I felt different and looked different, maybe not to anybody else but I knew I had changed and done the most powerful thing I will ever do. This was the same after the birth of my 3 girls I am not sure how but I had changed and the best changes were the emotional changes I went though #30daymishfitbodylovechallange

04.01.2022 Thanks Thea for this post as it great reminder for our Day 24 body love challenge which is "Its ok to say No to others and Yes to myself". I have been home with my son Harry while he recovers from getting his tonsils and adenoids removed and I have had to say No to certain things and I am ok with that. Its made me a more chilled out mum as I am not under pressure.... Kath xxx
