23.01.2022 Searching ID smells like a mushroom has a skirt white gills auburn coloured skin. Found around drainage pipes in pine needles near pines in SA Eyre Penninsula.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut 1 can pineapple slice (400-420gr)... 1 cup plain yogurt 2 cup self raising flour 2 eggs 2-4 tbsp sugar 50gr melted butter (extra to grease pan) 50 ml oil 1 pinch salt Method: heat oven to 170C 1. Leave 3 pineapple slices on the side, save the pineapple juice from the can, then cut the rest of pineapple slices into small pieces. 2. Grease baking tray with butter or oil, then arrange the pineapple slices in the bottom of the tray. 3. Mix all of the ingredients together, then pour batter inside the baking tray. 4. Bake for 40-50 minutes then let the it rest for 10- 15 minutes. Good luck and enjoy.

And note that ...humans only see the very tip of the 'Fungi Iceberg' which appears above ground briefly when this organism fruits. Over 90 percent of this organism exists underground and these underground parts are constructed of high carbon content compounds that can stay underground for decades - even centuries. The fungi are ambivalent about whether we are sensible and smart enough to see a climate change solution here. Because in their 'wisdom' - they would be aware that they have a lot more human substrate available to them if we dont.
