17.01.2022 Yesterday station 342 was responded to reports of a hay shed alight on the Glen Alice Road Bogee. We arrived on scene to find a large hay shed well alight being... fanned by strong westerly winds which made it difficult for firefighting operations. The Rural Fire Service had multiple units on scene and heavy machinery from Miskles Earthmoving was brought in to pull the hay apart to fully extinguish the fire. Please make sure if you are putting hay into your shed you make sure the bales are not getting hot due to moisture as this can cause the bales to catch on fire. This is the second hay fire we have attended in the last 3 weeks so please be careful. See more

We have all been though some hard times; the drought still remains, a massive fire season, and now this. We are very thankful that we can still operate as normal.

04.01.2022 Our dozers have been getting a work out over the last month on the fire ground. Same goes to our men putting in the hard yards and doing the long hours to keep us going. We cant thank everyone enough; our local community, the firefighters, volunteers and other earth movers out there on the ground doing there bit. Great to see everyone helping each other out.
