25.01.2022 My first attempt at sewing was age 8 in 1972, Grade 2 at Boronia West Primary School. The class sat cross-legged on the floor with a square piece of hessian, a darning needle and wool. Impressed with my work, the teacher, Mrs. Brewster, told me to stand in front of the classroom and hold up my sewing. Being very shy and embarrassed at the unwanted attention, I stood up and lifted the hessian to hide my blushing face. The entire classroom exploded into laughter- I’d sewn the hessian to my dress and everyone saw my underpants as I lifted the hessian up, which was attached to my dress. I didn’t think that I would ever be good at sewing, but I studied very hard, had lots of practice and experience and now I make beautiful Wedding Dresses!!

24.01.2022 Unfortunately and sadly regrettable; due to health issues and back surgery in November, the Miss Bella Christmas Windows will not be on display for 2018. During December, we'd love for you to view our pictures of past years cheeky Elves and tell us which ones and why you like them!

05.01.2022 Mina and Me. Selfie with an Elfie! Photobombing! When reindeer are on Holiday, they get to be the passenger for once! This little fella reminded me of my gorgeous friend Mina; tanned, suave, sunnies and a Dear (which ever way you spell it!)
