We all have triggers, but understanding those triggers and what anxiety is is the key to managing it. For me I like to be alone and gather my thoughts and feelings but for my daughter she needs to be close. It can be so challenging at times to make sure everyones needs are met. 10.01.2022 I have never heard of an Exercise Psychologist before raising funds and awareness for Black Dog Institute in conjunction with Pinup Doll Australia All Stars. I always knew exercise helped with mental health because I know personally when I don't train my mood can go down hill fast. Recently I got a joint sprain in my lower back and straight away it got me down because I couldn't do my usual fitness routine. But I found with a good walk at night once my little one was in bed I immediately felt better. Now my sprain is much better and I'm feeling so much stronger physically and mentally
