09.01.2022 Hello everyone I just want to suggest to all our customers what a fantastic idea it is to have a name tag on your furry loved ones. Harvey below is one of the lucky ones who has his name and owners phone number on his tag. Early this morning Master Harvey only new to the area got out of his new yard and was almost hit by a car. The lady that picked him up door knocked for owners. She ended up here and as she was on her way to work I kept Harvey safe here until his owners cou...ld pick him up. All safe and sound. I found he had a tag with his dads number so dad knew where he was. Nothing more scary than your dog going for a walk on there own. Harvey was treated to a nice doggy massage and bath so he was nice and clean for when Mum came to pick him up. Below is a photo of Harvey. What a gorgeous loving man. 01.01.2022 WARNING * (a little blood in these pics so if squeamish dont look) However I feel the need to share this, as I have had a few clients tell me they "scissor" out knots. I have always asked... begged clients not to do this. I will not judge you based on your dogs knots regardless!... I will always try to help or educate but I will never judge. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont take scissors to your pets. Book them in for a groom and have it done the safe way. If you cannot afford a full groom speak to your local groomer they may have ways to help you get the full groom done. Scissors and knots do not mix! Especially on cats! You pull the knot you pull the skin and this happens. So please please please just book them in. *Please note these are borrowed pictures, I have yet to come across this happening to any of my clients. But I would be sad to see it so.
