24.01.2022 Our booking policy has changed! With the change of our booking software, the booking policy has been updated to make it easier for our clients. Our 48hr cancellation policy is still in place, and we ask clients to kindly let us know ASAP if things come up to allow for ease and flexibility with rescheduling. ... The $50 booking deposit, previously required to secure a booking is no longer required!! When you book online through the new Timely booking system, you will create a client profile, which will save your appointment details, packages, receipts and notes etc. Upon booking, you will be required to enter your card details. This means you can charge your treatment costs to this card after your appointment, making the chevalier out process much quicker. If the appointment is cancelled with the 48hr hour period, or you simply don’t attend no show, the cancellation policy will be enforced and a fee of $100 will be charged. If you are late, please call in ahead. Depending on the treatment we may not be able to complete it in a shorter time frame and will need to reschedule. The lateness of 15 minutes or more with no contact is considered a No Show. Everyone time is precious and needs to be respected. If you have any questions regarding our booking/cancellation policy please call the clinic or Dm.
