24.01.2022 Ok so try not to wet ya pants, The Queensland government have released the roadmap to easing restrictions. From the information here the tattoo industry will b...e able to resume trade as of the 10th of July. We will seek confirmation of this date over the next 24 hours. If this is the case over the next few days Inksplosion will begin to take bookings for once trade has resumed. I will remind everyone this is all subject to change depending on what the government decides to do.

20.01.2022 As you are aware the government has implemented "Stage 2" Covid-19 Restrictions. This means as of midnight tonight all tattoo shops are closed until further not...ice. As you can imagine we are devastated to say the least. Our hearts go out to everyone that this is affecting, which is pretty much everyone. It’s hard to digest and we ask if you would please be patient with us, we are still trying to process losing our jobs until further notice from the government. If you have a secured booking we will contact you to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is safe and will be held until we reopen and can do your tattoo. All gift vouchers will be put on hold and when we reopen we will honour them, so if you have a voucher don’t stress just contact us when we reopen and we will organise a booking time for you. Being a bunch of stir crazy artists we will be putting pen to paper over this down time and will be back with some mad custom designs that will need forever homes once we get back to work. Keep an eye out to snatch them up. Once again we are sorry but this is out of our hands. Stay safe and remember to check on your oldies and make sure they are ok and have enough food and supplies. Our neighbours, Little Pegs coffee shop is still operating with take away only for all your coffee desires. Support local businesses as much as you can. Every little bit helps.

At this time, th...ese closures DO NOT effect us. We urge you to be sensible, if you have an appointment coming up, please check this list and if any apply to you, please be open and honest so that we can look at rescheduling. -Have you travelled into Australia within the past 14 days? -Have you been in contact with someone who has travelled into Australia within the past 14 days? -Have you been unwell? -Are you showing any symptoms of the coronavirus? Cough, fevers, sore throat, fatigue, difficulty breathing (shortness of breath)? -Have you or someone you have been in contact with been tested positive for coronavirus? The studio is not open to the public. We are only opening our doors to clients that have booked appointments. Any queries and bookings are to be organised through FB messenger. Stay healthy folks.
