06.01.2022 Do you want to get into healthy habits? Believe me I've done so much trial and error over this that it's not funny LOL. Here are my top 3 tips: 1 - Make it a game. Add gold stars to a calendar, use a habit tracker (link in bio) to track compliant vs non compliant days. Everyone prefers to see a green checkmark rather than a red cross! 2 - Plan exemptions. A big de-railer is 'feeling deprived'! If you plan exemptions, you won't feel deprived 3 - Forcing yourself to do an exercise just for the sake of it is a sure-fire way to sabotage your efforts and deplete your willpower.
