21.01.2022 The theme of the day for me seems to keep coming back to your ‘thoughts’. I truly appreciate what a powerful concept this is. It started in Uni I think.. when we used to ‘think ourselves’ awake to pull all nighters, studying for exams ..... So today started with my Pump instructor giving me amazing mind over body power to get me through a tortuous... but exhilarating work out (ok.. the exhilaration didn’t kick in till I actually finished! Ha!) ... and then later I came acr...oss this awesome Boss Babe quote that all us girl entrepreneurs should keep close to our hearts. It really does all start with your thoughts. Think you can’t .. you’ll be right. Think you can.. guess what.. you’ll also be right! That’s one thing I always had going for me.. an unshakable knowledge that I always COULD.. no matter what it was, or how far fetched the idea may have seemed at the time or how much opposition I had. I love that feeling of excitement when you embrace a possibility a dream a wish or a desire and you just know you can make it happen ... think you can! And gorgeous girls.. you WILL! Here’s to amazing strong thoughts of health and fitness and wealth and success and happiness and a life filled with everything you desire

02.01.2022 You can thank me for loving you and kicking you up the butt at the same time... because sometimes we all need to face a few home truths. Today is a good day to ask yourself some quality questions. Do I like where I am in my health? ... Do I like where I am in my relationship? Do I like where I am with my business? No? Then ask yourself this .. Am I actually doing the work? Am I consistently putting in the work required to be where I want to be? If the answer is No again then you are bringing yourself to an important crossroad. Acknowledgment Self assess and be honest with yourself.. whatever you are hoping dreaming wishing or praying for.. it’s time to move in to ACTION.
