25.01.2022 Good morning my cake lovelies, I hope everyone had an amazing weekend and father's day. I just wanted to let everyone know that as of Saturday I will be introducing a small delivery fee of $5 to the Melton, Bacchus Marsh and Eynesbury area, $10 delivery fee to the Taylor's Lakes/Caroline Springs/Plumpton area and $15 delivery fee to the Werribee/Point Cook/Tarneit/Altona area. I have held out for as long as I possibly could in regards to doing this but unfortunately with all the time spent making deliveries the costs of doing so and the wear and tear on my car are starting to add up. Im sorry if this is an inconvenience to anyone but I hope that you understand why this is necessary now.

21.01.2022 Hi there my cake lovelies, I mentioned yesterday that I'm coming back a smidge earlier to do our first Eynesbury Market after this second lockdown. It's happening Sunday 22nd November 9am to 2pm.... I'm excited to get out and see you guys again. And just like the last market there will be all the covid precautions back in place to help keep us safe and out of another lockdown. I'll also be posting soon the dates of the rest of the markets I have coming up for the rest of this year including the Christmas Market at St Anne's Winery Myrniong. Happy Fri-yay my cake lovelies, I have a few sweeties specials for my fav coeliac peeps out there. I'm still making and baking some of the goodies so all will be available for pick up before 12pm tomorrow or delivery. I have available one 8 inch Lemon Passionfruit Curd & Strawberry cheesecake $35 and two 4 inches $16 I also have a mixed box of bronuts that have Cherry Chocolate, Vanilla Cheesecake, Caramel Pretzel and Raspberry White Choc 8 pieces $35 I also have a box of 9 wagon wheels which have the traditional, strawberry and raspberry White choc $35 And lastly a mixed box of 8 slices which have classic Hedgehog (contains walnuts & almonds), caramel slice, double choc brownie and raspberry coconut slice (DF) $35. Because the nights are still chilly what better way to warm them up (and sweeten them up) then with an 8 inch Sticky Date pudding $40 and of course I also have an extra container of Butterscotch sauce because frankly you always need more of that . 19.01.2022 Good morning my lovelies, I got to make this star wars themed cake for the wonderful Matt who celebrated his birthday on Sunday with some lawn bowls, friends and family. His beautiful wife and the amazing Mal from @houseofscone organised this bad boy for him and I was lucky enough to enjoy the evening with these awesome guys. Because I'm not usually there for the cake eating art I do forget that black buttercream tends to colour your mouth so it did look hilarious as everyone was enjoying it and all ended up with black mouths and teeth- was a little like a scene from a horror movie but was all in good fun

18.01.2022 Good morning my lovelies, This post is off the cake topic but something extremely important to me. Today is R U Ok day and is an amazing platform to open up dialogue with those loved ones of yours who you think might be struggling at the moment. With the pandemic taking over everyone's lives this year and changing things to the extreme, a rise in mental health issues and suicide has jumped enormously.... I have sadly been touched by the suicide of a loved one and even nearly four years down the track I am affected by it and miss seeing him dearly. This person always knew he could talk to me but I wonder if I had been more aware could I have helped more? Me personally I struggle with mental illness. I am not ashamed to admit it and it is a struggle but because of the phenomenal people in my life I know I have people I can turn to and talk too. If anyone of my followers, clients, acquaintances, friends and loved ones need someone to talk to I am always here and I can be your ears to listen and that shoulder for support if needed #ruok #mentalillnesssupport #someonecares

17.01.2022 Back in September just before I went off for my surgery I got to make this super fun cake for the lovely Megan who was not only celebrating her birthday but also the fact she became a first home owner. This was a surprise cake for her organised by one of my favourite people Angela who wanted to make her daughter's birthday special while we were in lockdown.

If you have a shindig or hootanany your going to on new year's eve and your thinking you'd love to bring something small along with you then Im going to have a few sweeties up for grabs. I have a mixed box of 6 brownie & blondie pieces $27. The box will have double choc brownie and pretzel, choc chip and caramel blondie. If you have a few people to cater for, each piece can be cut further into three fingers so there will be stacks for everyone. I have only been working with this gorgeous lady for a year but in that time I have found an amazing work colleague and friend. I couldn't ask for a more better person to have in my life. 11.01.2022 Two weeks back I was asked by a very special client of mine if I was ready to do cakes yet. In all honesty I didn't think I was and it did take me a little longer then it usually would but I was able to do my first two cakes back. These were for the gorgeous Cassandra and Tarsie who both had big momentous birthdays to celebrate and to go with their cakes was some matching bronuts. I hope both girls had amazing birthdays x

11.01.2022 Hi there my cake lovelies, So first off I apologise for being a week behind in drawing my little giveaway. When I posted this originally I did not know that I would be having a little trip to hospital and that I would be temporarily closed to recover from this surgery. Because of this unforseen situation I am having to change the dates that the prize will be available. Because of this I am currently closed until roughly the end of November/early December and the cake prize ca...n be used between December 2 2020-1st March 2021 (blackout date 22nd dec-27th Dec 2020) I have also decided to draw two winners. 08.01.2022 So as most of you guys know I have been off for about six weeks now due to a spinal surgery I needed. I am still healing so I haven't jumped back into work yet but I am starting to gear up for our first market back next week and of course Christmas, so woohoooooo. But before I went off I was one very busy beaver doing our weekend specials, weekly orders and a whole bunch of cakes that I haven't posted yet so this adorable bad boy pictuted was one of them. It's actually based ...off a cake I had done previously but we tweaked it with two hand crafted fondant puppies, beautiful faux flowers and rose gold acrylic topper. I think it's going to be a while until I can do fondant cakes again but I am looking forward to getting back into the buttercream based ones. So you start thinking of your designs and I'll do what I can to make it happen :)

05.01.2022 Good morning my lovelies, How is everyone feeling after their Christmas festivities? I hope you all had a brilliant day with your celebrations. This special Cinderella themed cake here I got to make for the gorgeous little Adelyn who turned 3 on boxing day. Her stipulations were to have the carriage, mice and of course Cinderella's shoe which was covered in glitter so had a pretty glitter to it. Her amazing mum Kat was lovely bought to share these beautiful pics with us. I'm so happy she loved it and had a special day xx

I'm not a spider kinda girl and everytime I looked at that Giant Spider on the cake I'd spook myself lol. Was awesome to hear Zachary and his family had a great celebration and enjoyed the cake (even with the giant spider)

02.01.2022 Good afternoon my wonderful cake lovelies, How has everyone been going? I hope everyone has been keeping safe and doing well. Just thought I would touch base with everyone and let you all know that I am healing well and getting there slowly. ... I am still not taking any orders until the end of November as I'm still on the mend and I need to ensure that I get full strength back in my spine before going hard with orders. I am though starting to answer messages and emails as of today. There are a lot for me to get through so please be patient as I get through them all. Some exciting news is that the Eynesbury Market will be back on Sunday the 22nd November so if all goes well with my recovery we will be there. I am also in the last stages of finalising the Christmas 2020 menu so as soon as that is available I will let you know and start getting it out to you.
