16.01.2022 Perth Keswick Convention, which was to have been held this weekend, has now been postponed due to ongoing COVID restrictions in the Perth & Peel regions of Western Australia. It will now be held on 23-25 July, still at Camp Wattle Grove. Dr Brian Harris will still be the guest speaker and we will still have lots of mission agencies and some Bible colleges present with their displays. Be sure to mark the new dates in your diary.

Chat over coffee and cake. No cost to attend. The Missions Interlink Member Care Network in Western Australia aims to support missionaries in transition, support churches to understand the needs of cross-cultural workers, and to provide spaces where people can encourage and help one anoth...er. .No matter whether you are preparing to head out for the first time, home on leave or because of COVID-19 or recently returned and trying to settle back into life in Australia, you are very welcome to come along. 13.01.2022 We are excited to invite you to enrol your mission candidates and staff in the MILL (Missions Interlink language Learning) course on 4 - 12 October 2021 in St.Andrews Hall of VIC. MILL is a pre-departure program designed to help people develop the skills, methods, techniques and attitudes necessary to learn another language. What is MILL about?... Learning to communicate in another language is a vital part of cross-cultural ministry. Yet many people go to the field without adequate preparation for learning a new language. Being equipped with tools to help in the task of language learning can reduce some of the stress of living and working in a cross-cultural environment. The course explores issues in language acquisition, phonetics and basic linguistic principles. The focus is practical, giving experience working with native speakers, and individual consultations relating to specific languages and ministry contexts. Gain a fresh perspective on language learning, while acquiring skills, confidence, flexibility and a boost to beginning language learning. Their ministry extended to Europe and now operates in many countries around the world, including England, Germany, Austria, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.S.A., Canada, Indonesia, India, New Zealand, Japan, Costa Rica, Philippines, Malaysia and Australia. Each of the 26 centres already established is a base centre for evangelistic outreach, intensive short-term Bible School, c...onferences and camps. The ministry of Capernwray Australia has begun in the 70s! Since Capernwray Australia opened its doors in 1972, they have seen over 2,000 students from 35 different countries come to study with them. We believe there are many years ahead of the fruitful ministry to our Lord, and the best times are yet to come!

Brian passed away on the 27th of September from an illness which progressed very quickly. 08.01.2022 We would like to warmly welcome our new Associate INDIAN REFORMED FELLOWSHIP VIC INCORPORATED! They are Christians who have vision to reach a particular community in the South part of Gujarat state in India. As and when it becomes possible, they like to start a children’s hostel in that area to provide spiritual and physical support to the children of the community. It's a great honour and joy for us to spread the mission to preach the gospel throughout the earth.

Currently, they are involved in a maternal-child health project in partnership with ACCI in Balangir, India. They also support an Australian couple in India who are enhancing business as mission initiatives in the food processing industry.
