11.01.2022 Came across this truth bomb today from a fellow partner. We all go and spend $100 or more on any type of take out in a week or two and don’t second guess a thing We buy juices from juice bars like below and think that they are super healthy for us but don’t mind paying that amount for it. ... But when it comes to nourishing your body every single day with whole foods & treating your body like a temple people don’t. It’s super disheartening to see less and less people looking after themselves.
