24.01.2022 It is World Mental Health Day! Take some time out today if you are feeling a bit meh, and re-evaluate what is happening for you. If you are feeling uncomfortable, unhappy, stuck, depressed, anxious, now is the time to seek out some ways to move forward. Consider seeing your Doctor in the first instance, and get a blood test. Reach out to some friends. Chat to a therapist. Any step you take towards your own mental health, is one step closer to feeling a little bit better.
