17.01.2022 Yesterday I came across a very nasty woman that posted some awful things on Instagram about my business. She has ordered from me three times and every single time she has complained. I bit my tongue, offered solutions and was as kind as I could be. The third time, I straight up offered her a refund and that would have been that. I would cringe when I saw her name appear in my inbox. She just has a personality that soaks up every single inch of negativity and throws it at her... target like a dart board. Sometimes you just have to be done with people that will never be pleased. I feel sorry for her. Clearly from her posts, her demeanour and attitude, she is an emotionally unstable person that finds enjoyment out of other people’s misery. Unfortunately for her, she posted publicly slanderous and defaming things, all of which were untrue and damaging to a business. I screen recorded it. Sent her a message letting her know she has just broken the law and contacted my lawyer. She replied saying she had done nothing wrong, and she stood by her ugly rant, but then she deleted her post and made a new one changing her words and statement. Too late. My post is about you. All of you. Take care of you. We are all going through incredibly difficult times right now. If you don’t take care of you and aren’t happy within yourself, you spread your misery to others which makes this world so much harder to live in. Be the best version of you that you can be. Don’t be the ugly you. Be the beautiful you that everyone will want to be a part of. I will not tolerate horrible, nasty, vicious women. I entered the beauty industry, not the ugly industry where women are constantly awful to each other. The power of social media can ruin businesses, which is exactly what this woman was trying to do. I don’t have it in me to name her, i take comfort in not being that person. I wish her well and hope that she learns a valuable lesson after she hears from my lawyers. There are consequences to actions...I believe we learn this in grade prep Take care of YOU.

13.01.2022 Good morning all As you all would have heard, the Coronavirus outbreak has made a huge impact on our neighbouring countries. This has affected supplies as the government has shut down the country. I’ve had a lot of products out of stock and there is absolutely nothing I can do until the dreaded virus is contained and factories reopen. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
