21.01.2022 SHORT STORY ALERT -GIVEAWAY So today on my way home from work I saw an older gentleman looking in the bins for food hoping to find something that he could eat/drink. Of course I didn't want to stare but did notice that he had managed to find a plastic cup with a beverage in it and he started to drink it, not caring that it had been in the bin or perhaps that someone else had sucked on that straw! I remembered that I had food in my bag and a bit of extra change so I ...turned around and walked back to him to give it to him. He was so grateful, but I still feel as though I didn't do enough at that moment. Then I reflected on the interaction and realised that I am so blessed with the life I have and that I can afford food and clothes to feed my family . So the moral of the story here is that I would love to give away an amazing MISS LA Soaps gift pack (whipped soaps,artisan soaps, lip balms, lip scrub and a pink clay mask) to someone that is doing it tough at the moment. We have the final cut of our ‘Adam and Eve’ soap As these soaps are made the traditional way ( called Cold Process), they will need at least 4 weeks until cure ( basically until you can use them). The water will eventually evaporate from the soap making process and produce a harder bar of soap!... This soap is made with Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Shea and Cocoa Butter for a moisturising soap bar that smells divine!
