22.01.2022 Congratulations to one of Miss Lyss's students, Amelia C (Year 3), for winning a spot in her school's COMPASS program. COMPASS is an enrichment program that provides a stimulating environment for students of higher intellectual abilities. Amelia worked incredibly hard and enthusiastically with Miss Lyss on her mathematics and English skills and ended up being one of the only 4 students in her year group to be invited to join the program, proving that with consistency and effort comes rewards!

08.01.2022 Due to COVID-19 I have paused face to face classes but that doesn’t mean I’ve left my students high and dry... I had my first lot of online classes today which allows my students and I to video-chat, message, share screens, and even use an interactive whiteboard! Miss Lyss will always find away to teach and support her students, because the assignments, tests, pop quizzes and projects have deadlines even in a pandemic.
