24.01.2022 Sons of Pitches was one of the first jobs I undertook as a student. I was approached to use my new skills to create a logo for a baseball team.

23.01.2022 Anodise This is an electroplating business based in Golden Grove and owned and operated by myself and my husband Jon for the past ten years. I originally created our logo when we began but have since redrawn it, to make it better quality and higher resolution and have recently redesigned our advertising flyer and business card.

22.01.2022 Jon's soccer club required a redraw of their logo. I didn't create this logo however I did redraw it from a very low resolution jpeg so the club could have a high resolution copy and were able to print it at a large size on a banner for their clubrooms. This is another service I am happy to provide.

22.01.2022 I was recently asked to design a logo for a local not-for-profit organisation. It was a task I really enjoyed, it got my creative juices flowing and it was also for a very worthy cause. I was thrilled to hear how much they loved my design, fingers crossed they end up choosing my logo to represent them.

21.01.2022 I approached Trophy Pet Care (SA) towards the end of 2013 when I needed a client for a TAFE web assessment. It turned into me creating a logo for their new business branch - Treat Your Dog Australia. I loved developing this logo and the fact that it is in use on all their products is so exciting for me as a new designer. My husband Jon and I have been clients of Trophy Pet Care for close to twenty years now and they provide a unique, professional service, delivering quality Australian pet food to our door six weekly along with a health check for our dogs that they truly look forward to. Steven & Robyn who run Trophy are wonderful, friendly people whose service will never disappoint.

20.01.2022 In just four weeks time I complete my Dual Diploma - Digital Design & Production. This will be the end of two wonderful years as a TAFE student at the Tea Tree Gully campus. I have loved (nearly) every minute of it and I am sad to be leaving but excited about taking my skills into the 'real world" where I will continue to learn and grow as a designer.

18.01.2022 So nice to wake up this morning and see the Talk Out LOUD logo I designed popping up all over Facebook. It's such a great organisation, I was proud to be a small part of the new direction. https://m.facebook.com/CMDrift

17.01.2022 Following up on my last post - I completed the design for the Talk Out Loud logo, a not-for-profit charity helping youth. It was a wonderful process, for a worthy cause. This is the final design, I can't wait until they launch. :)

15.01.2022 Designed this logo today as part of a rebranding for a very good friend. She was thrilled, and I'm so thrilled that she was so thrilled!

14.01.2022 So it's been a long time between posts, but it's also been a long time since I last did anything design related. Busy with my day job. :) However last week I completed a wedding invitation for someone very special to me. This week I'm working on a wedding invitation for someone who is like a daughter to me. Both fun jobs, I've loved getting back in to design mode.

12.01.2022 Following up on my follow up. :) My super lovely Talk Out Loud client decided that the logo below looked a bit too "clean" and I have to agree. After many edits and much discussion we came to a new decision - and the final logo is:

12.01.2022 After posting my resume online on my personal page to get some feedback I had my lovely cousin approach me to "designy up" her resume. I am of course very happy to oblige.

11.01.2022 So exciting to be back into design mode! Working on another "for love" job, luckily I'm all about the love. :-) It's for an extremely worthy cause and I'm truly happy to be involved.

08.01.2022 Of course, I have designed my own logo and stationary. Well, only business cards so far. The process for designing for yourself is different, but I loved it. Working out how I want my business to be portrayed, I decided on clean, modern with an old world twist and using my personal favourite colour palette, hot pink black, white and grey.

08.01.2022 One of my very first logotypes. Perhaps one day I will get the opportunity to redo it.

07.01.2022 I recently created these mockups of various TAFE assessments for display at my TAFE graduation next month.

04.01.2022 Along with being a digital designer I am an amateur photographer. I thought I might begin to combine the two on this page, digital design and digital photography do go hand in hand after all (and one page is much easier to look after than two!)

01.01.2022 As part of my photography life this year I have been lucky enough to become a volunteer photographer for Lighthouse Disability (formerly Leveda). A short while back I photographed their Easter Picnic, then the weekend just gone I photographed the launch of their new name. I love being involved with them and look forward to more opportunities to get my camera out. :)

01.01.2022 These are some of my favourite projects I have completed during my time at TAFE over the past two years. I am four weeks shy of completing their Dual Diploma - Digital Design & Production. I have loved every minute and will miss it when I'm done.
