As our receptionist you are the main touchpoint for customers and our team members, Amazing ability to remember lots of information and assist many people within your day is key and the ability to multitask is critically important. We are looking for someone who has experience in reception, business administration, marketing or similar. This role is demanding and will suit someone who has an Exemplary Eye For Detail, have an ability to commit to memory our product catalogue and have a high level of computer literacy. You will assist in the despatch area allocating routes for our delivery staff and ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery process, providing our customers with 100% on time and in full delivery. With an outgoing and vibrant personality, you will fit in well with out team. You should have the ability to work autominously whilst meeting expectations of Management.and have an ability to "think on your feet" to respond to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently. You will be required to communicate with all levels within the business including, Management, delivery drivers, administration & sales staff and many others. A positive and optimistic outlook will be a real bonus whilst being able to have a strength of character when required. You should be flexible and have an ability to adapt to changing workloads during a work day. You must be organised and take pride in your work station. You will also expected to be a backup driver for local delivery if required, as such a driver's licence is a prerequisite.
