25.01.2022 So here’s something to get your mind active today: There are still so many taboos around women’s issues that I thought I would open up the communication line.. Like when you go to the gynecologist........ What’s your prep? Do you prepare the same way you do for a date night? You know the drill..... make sure you have nice panties on.....Get the wiper snippet out & trim the hedges....Bath thoroughly & even spray a little perfume? Or do you go all natural? & what do you wear? Something easy to take off? Do you dress nicely because first impressions are lasting? You want the gyne to think if your well groomed so is everything? (Again like date night) Let’s chat openly ladies..... & go

24.01.2022 Human beings never cease to amaze me.... not in a good way! At a time when people should be supporting each other to get through a horrific world pandemic virus that is affecting every single one of us...... instead, you have some low life people bulk buying & hoarding much needed items & selling them for outrageous amounts of money to those that need it most.. there is a special place reserved for you in hell..... be it in the future here on earth or the after life........ let Karma decide! . After researching online, items that have been sold out in shops for weeks now.... items we all currently need, I found them listed on places like EBay & Amazon for outrageous amounts of money Perfect example, a 500ml bottle of hand sanitizer that normally retails for $15- is listed on EBay for $75- plus & even higher! People are bidding on tiny bottles of hand sanitizer (which normally retail for $5-) with bids exceeding $50- This is just totally insane! The people bidding on these items could be high risk people, as in the immune comprised or elderly that really need it to survive and yet these people that took advantage of the situation.... buying it in bulk early on.... taking away the opportunity of others to purchase it..... are now making huge profits by stepping on others..... shame on you!. . . . . . #corona #pandemic #disgraceful #disgracefulbehaviour #inhumans #disgusting #virus #takingadvantage See more

23.01.2022 International women’s day..... I believe everyday should be a celebration of women! I believe everyday should be about women supporting women!... I believe everyday should be women building up women! These women photographed here have gone on to support each other even after the MPA experience has finished. You see, support for your sisters should be based on wanting to see each other succeed in all aspects of life.... not self gain. The amazing businesses that have sponsored Miss Pinup Australia for years & years & years.... continue to support women! 23.01.2022 Shared: I have been wearing a mask where required in stores (and limiting my trips) since March when this whole thing went down. I’m not sure how being considerate to others for the common good is now being mocked by some who are calling it living in fear, but it needs to stop.... When I wear a mask over my nose and mouth in public and in the stores/Supermarkets/Pharmacies/Offices - I want you to know the following:... I'm educated enough to know that I could be asymptomatic and still give you the virus. No, I don't "live in fear" of the virus; I just want to be part of the solution, not the problem. I don't feel like the "government controls me". I feel like I'm an adult contributing to the security in our society and I want to teach others the same. If we could all live with the consideration of others in mind, the whole world would be a much better place. Wearing a mask doesn't make me weak, scared, stupid or even "controlled". It makes me caring and responsible. When you think about your appearance, discomfort, or other people's opinion of you, imagine a loved one - a child, father, mother, grandparent, aunt, uncle or even a stranger - placed on a ventilator, alone without you or any family member allowed at their bedside.....Ask yourself if you could have helped them a little by wearing a mask. I had the honour of meeting this amazing lady at a tv studio in the dressing rooms many years ago when Miss Pinup Australia was going to be featured after Miss June Dally Watkins. I will never forget her saying to me what a fabulous job I had done with the girls that where there in the studio with me. Friday FACT DAY I love the person I have become because I fought to become her here you will see a tiara and sash. I actually won these in 2016 after completing my 2nd year participating in @misspinupaustralia Now this tiara and sash did mean that I had won the Miss Prestige category, being over 40, of this Pinup Competition, but it DID NOT mean that I was better than anybody else. What the tiara and sash represent is ‘I Love the woman Ive become because I FOUGHT to become her’. You see over the 2 years of participating in Miss Pinup Australia, and prior, my relationship with my best friend took a downhill turn and I felt like I was drowning and I lost who I was. It still hurts now to think about and remember, however the fact that the competition was as it said ‘about the journey’ helped me to find me again. The first year I will be honest, I just wanted to win!! I was not in the headspace at the time to realise that I wasn’t ready and I NEEDED to take the journey I learned SO much about myself during this awesome experience and I will NEVER forget my journey with Miss Pinup Australia for so many reasons but I guess the one most relevant to my Miss Jingle Belle journey, is that that is when my ideas for so many NEW and UNSEEN products for celebrating Christmas, especially with NOSTALGIA, all started. My eyes were really opened to the world of pinup, rockabilly, retro and vintage everything and it really feels like HOME to me I hope it does to you too.
