However, as the saying goes, the show must go on, so last night we came together (virtually of course) across all four countries to watch our annual (virtual) awards ceremony. After a tenure of 33 years, holding various positions within the Mister Minit business, including District Manager, Franchising Manager, Property Manager, and now Franchisee, Steve was crowned with our most prestig...ious award and title, FRANCHISEE OF THE YEAR! With over 200 franchisees and nearly 350 shops across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, Franchisee of the Year is our most honored award in our business. Every franchisee aspires to be nominated for this title at some stage in their tenure. Our CEO, Mark Rusbatch, has a rigorous criteria selection when it comes to this award. He looks for many things, but in a nutshell, he looks for an individual at the top of their game.
