21.01.2022 Look at this monster mushroom!! This beauty was picked this morning from a 5L winter white bucket. On the odd occasion, instead of getting a flush with multiple mushrooms you may be lucky enough to encounter a monster mushroom! This is the second time in my growing experience that I’ve grown a monster! The first being the shiitake pictured in the second photo! Super excited to start getting some grow bags made to be able to sell shiitake kits in the future!

09.01.2022 Tan oyster starting to pin! Super excited to get some buckets of these guys made up for sale in the coming week! My second favourite part of growing mushrooms is watching how quickly they grow! The first being eating them 12 hours and your mushrooms will have doubled in size! No, you don’t need to check your eyes they really grow that quickly!
