22.01.2022 Exciting news!! Misty Mountain Massage will be opening on Monday 29th June 2020!! It's been a stressful time for all and we look forward to providing the many benefits of massage. Business hours;... (Subject to change) Mon-Wed - 9am-5pm Thurs - 9am-7pm Fri - 9am -5pm Sat - 10am - 3pm Sun - CLOSED. Please see below for our list of treatments and prices. Pregnancy massage not available at this time. Please call: 0491 957 005, during business hours, for appointments and parking information. No walk-ins; by appointment only. We will be accepting calls for bookings as of 9am tomorrow. Payment options available: Card Cash Please note: Text messages will NOT be monitored so please be sure to call. 12.01.2022 UPDATE: It's great to see the COVID-19 situation in Tasmania is improving, however as our practice is not located within a medical clinic we are not yet able to open. We are closely following the guidance provided by the Tasmanian Government and Massage & Myotherapy Australia. The team here at Misty Mountain Massage is looking forward to providing some much needed relaxation as soon as we are able, following this stressful period.

10.01.2022 We are excited to announce we will be opening before the end of June!! The opening date will be announced shortly, as well as information regarding bookings, pricings and the payment types that will be available. **PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW**... Misty Mountain Massage is a professionally and ethically run clinic focused on increasing the health and wellbeing of our clients through the medium of massage. Due to the nature of massage therapy it is imperative that all persons involved have appropriate personal hygiene and have recently bathed at the time of appointment. This is for the health and safety of both client and therapist. Should either party fail in this responsibility the treatment will be postponed. The clinic will not treat clients with an infectious condition that could be transmitted by direct or indirect contact (colds and flu, COVID-19 symptoms, gastroenteritis, MRSA (staph infection), contagious skin or nail infections). If you have symptoms but have not been to a GP please seek medical clearance in order to clear massage as an acceptable treatment. This is to not only to protect the therapist but also the client, as massage can potentially increase severity of some symptoms, due to the increase in circulation during massage, and may cause them to spread. Thank you for your adherence to these health and safety guidelines. Furthermore we are committed to combating all forms of harassment in the work place. This includes sexual harassment, any inappropriate language, advances toward staff and aggressive or offensive behaviour. These behaviours will NOT be tolerated. The clinic has the right to refuse treatment to any person/s displaying such behaviour as well as those that are under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs. Thank you for your support in this.
