25.01.2022 In light of recent lock downs, when we where able to start taking clients again, I decided ,due to the uncertainty, not to take deposits at at the end of last year, just to help get over the xmas & covid sting, I am soo grateful by the overwhelming support and for the most part people do the right thing by my business and myself as I try to go above and beyond for my clients, but you know what they say a few can ruin it for the many! From now on if you are to make a booking w...ith myself, to secure and appointment with me you will have to pay a deposit with all the same terms as pre covid, also to make an appointment with myself I am now requiring you to call me on 0427 976 310, this may cause some anxiety as for some reason people hate talking on the phone, however I lack the time needed to sit and lock down a design and availability in long drawn out messages, sometimes they can take over an hr per person once i have siphoned out relevant info and then again back and forth for availability, this is what i struggle having time for especially if there is multiple inquiries at a time, all this can be sorted in one quick ph call, our message service will only be available to send through any relevant pics and references. *Please not if you get my message bank leave relevant info and I will call you back within 24hrs. This has all become more necessary due to my wait times, my books are quite busy and when someone decides not to show up (especially without having paid a deposit) its a waste of my time that is valued by others waiting to get in. So keep an eye out for our new updated terms for the studio, will post the in simple easy to understand dot points soon to keep everyone updated and on the same page.

25.01.2022 Covid update for TMMTCo As most of you would be aware that the restrictions are being lifted on the tattoo and beauty industry as of 1st of June. Whilst this is a great step we at TMMTCo will be delaying opening the doors to our studio until the safety of stage three is implemented.... We know that you are super keen and that is fantastic however we ask for your patience at this time. Whilst stage two easing of restrictions is a fantastic step forward it does still pose risks to our lives and community. We have not made this decision lightly. Our studio is situated in our home, thus any risk posed to me is risk to my family. We have two high risk members of my family living in our home and unfortunately there has been quite a concerning number of people disregarding the time in isolation and restrictions including some customers who have made enquires and been prepared to get tattooed during the prohibition period thus indicating to myself that these people could pose a danger to my family and possibly you the customer. I know it is unfair to those who did the right thing, but we all know too well that the actions of few can ruin it for many. The extra month will also allow time to asses if a second wave will be an issue or not. I also have alternative work commitments to complete that I undertook due to the loss of income during the shut down, so again I ask for your patience whilst I honour those commitments. I do thank you soo very much for your support and enthusiasm and really look forward to inking you all again. I would like to add that anyone who has paid a deposit and had their appointment cancelled or partially completed work due to covid, I will be in contact with you over the next couple of weeks to start re booking you, this will be a priority,. 23.01.2022 Ok, so all is looking good to go for us here at MMTCo, as of November 4th we will be operating, all clients that had appointments and deposits down before the lock downs will take priority. 23.01.2022 UPDATE: Dear Customer’s please be advised that due to COVID-19 restrictions we remain closed. Please consider this, the longer we remain closed the more significant the impact will be when we eventually re-open. Kylie will have a huge backlog of current customers with unfinished tattoos and appointments that were booked pre-COVID to clear before she could even entertain any new work or new customer’s. Looking at this realistically I would be surprised if any new work could be entertained prior to 2021. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Stay safe.

If you are not well please contact the studio with sufficient notice and we re book you appointment. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. We are not into this panic stuff, however we just cannot afford to have to be off work for 2 weeks when I could be inking! *Please note, as of this week it is BYO toilet paper!!! It is a state of emergency after all! Oh and by the way to all of those panic buyers, if any of our clients is one of them, just remember I NEED paper towel to work! Please leave some for your friendly local tattooist! I can only use viva, there was none in the town last we looked

12.01.2022 We have made the decision at The Misty Mountain Tattoo Company to temporarily close. This decision has not been made lightly but the health and safety of all is of the upmost importance. We are not a non essential business but our health is, our newly renovated private home studio is situated in our home so the health also of my family is essential. I do hope you all understand and continue to trust me with your precious artwork in the future. Anyone with upcoming appointments they are now currently on hold and will recommence as soon as it is safe to do so, all booked clients with a deposit will remain valid and will be rebooked as soon as we are allowed to do so. I do hope you understand this tough decision and look forward to seeing you all on the other side of all of this.

08.01.2022 This is why we held back, what we where fearful of has come to fruition. The second wave has put us back into stage 3 restrictions yet again. Many where hoping I’d open sooner however this made me uneasy as I knew many out there disregard our first lot of restrictions. I wanted to wait until it seemed and felt safer thus waiting for the easing of restrictions into the stage 3, however we did not get there. I still have my list of clients waiting to be contacted, you still... are my priority, holding back starting again has avoided further backlog, canceling and further rescheduling. Again being a private home studio the safety of my family and clients where of upmost of importance. My heart goes out to the local businesses that where just starting to feel a little sense of a new normality only now to be thrusted back to uncertainty from the actions of selfish and plain stupid acts of people not caring what the effects of their blatant disregard for the well-being and safety for others and the community. Please support locals where you can, take care, be responsible, wash your hands and stay at home.

08.01.2022 UPDATE...... Regarding Corona Virus Restrictions. We do not plan to re-open our studio until it is completely safe to do so. The announcements yesterday had nothing to do with businesses like ours, there is still a ways to go for it to be considered even remotely safe, our work required lengthy close contact with others, there is no possible way to safely tattoo clients at this stage that ensures client and staff safety along with my family's safety as our studio is a privat...e home studio. We will be monitoring conditions and DHHS advice as we go and will keep you updated along the way. But please not we will NOT be re-opening our doors at this stage
