18.01.2022 1st ever lesson for @jaydenkenna and within the 1st 10 minutes he was in complete froth mode. I try to develop the most natural athletic movements without a club in hand, then introduce it when I feel we have the correct sequencing and knowledge of the desired goals. Can’t wait to hear the stories of Jaydens journey within the game of golf

15.01.2022 I hope everyone is as surprised as me that I had an awesome turnout for today’s Tuesday tune up clinics for Southport women members. We focused on swing fundamentals, but also discussed mental aspects of the game, building confidence through planning and preparation and the transition of range habits to on course habits. 12.01.2022 Just a little video I’m creating for my clients to combat the chicken wing. The resistance bands keep our arms connected and promote correct extension in the follow through. For such a simple little drill, the outcomes are phenomenal. Happy Tuesday guys
