25.01.2022 In the coming weeks we will be offering children to participate in 'loose parts play'. We have begun research about how this type of play can support numeracy learning and look forward to implementing this into our program. Loose parts can involve play with large items such as tyres, lengths of wood, sticks, leaves, clothing etc. It can also involve smaller items such as glass gems, plastic lids or small toys etc. The possibilities are endless.

19.01.2022 Today is National Sorry Day. We spoke with the children about what this meant for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were mistreated and forcibly removed from their families and communities. The children worked together to create a Sorry Poster. We recognise and pay our respects to the Stolen Generation.
