25.01.2022 Good morning lovely people! We hope your are enjoying a little bit of a sleep in this morning, because it is cold out there! We have a little problem here at Mitchell & Co this morning and we need your help. We changed the recipe and the girth of our Beef, chilli & capsicum sausages. ... So now we feel they need a new name! Can you please help us come up with something creative? Remember they are a HOT sausage! The most creative name will be rewarded with 1kg of our new Beef, chilli & capsicum sausages! On a little side note we all know Jessica is crazy but she is in the middle of running her own survey. It’s one for the ladies. Do girls prefer thick or thin sausages? (She is convinced that women don’t like thick sausages) Could you please let us know what you think

All our snags are made from 100% scratch. And the freshest ingredients! ... And it only took Anthony 100 pictures to get this 1 because Jessica kept asking for a photo from every angle!

Maybe a bit more of a Christmas Backyard BBQ? A sliced cold meat and salads platter? ... We all know a Dad that got a smoker this year for Father’s Day or his birthday, why not have beef brisket for Christmas lunch? We can do anything but we do need a little notice to organise it. And Some of you may not know that our Apprentice Brandon has 2 very beautiful kids Kiara and Cooper. Who he will talk about to anyone that will listen!... We all love our Dad’s or the very special men in our lives. And we all appreciate them everyday but let’s give them a little extra tomorrow! They all deserve it.
