22.01.2022 You might not know this.... but the staff at Mitchell EEC will go out of their way to make sure you are ok. Yellow balloons were hung from the fence today to let you know that our door is always open if you ever need someone to talk to.

15.01.2022 Have a look at the adventures the rocks have been on, everyone here at Mitchel EEC are loving seeing where our rocks go, please keep sending in the photos. We have even been sent a rock from last year so good to see they are still travelling around.

14.01.2022 Look what Miss Jemma has made for the Mitchell EEC, Over the past few months Miss Jemma has been very busy at home making this awesome sensory board for our little kiddies to enjoy! Between collecting all of the resources, painting the wood, drilling it together, making it child proof and adding on the toys it was definitely a big job, but worth the effort. Today was the first day the kids got to experience the board and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

03.01.2022 White Balloon Day is a symbol of support for survivors of child sexual abuse. It first began after a public meeting in Belgium in October 1996, when 300,000 peo...ple gathered with white balloons to show public sympathy and support for the parents of girls who were sexually assaulted. White Balloon Day is also held annually during National Child Protection Week in Australia. Its aim is to raise awareness of child sexual assault within the community.
