20.01.2022 Steph from WIN News Shepparton interviewing some of the incredible talent we have here today including Adriano Zumbo of Zumbo Patisserie, Kirsten Tibballs of Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School, Travis Clydesdale of Mitchelton Wines and James Hird of Cacao Hunters - Asia Pacific Cacao Hunters. This afternoon Adriano and Kirsten will be demonstrating on the main stage, while James and Travis will be holding a wine and chocolate pairing class with Drew Maddison from The Ministry Of Chocolate in the underground Mitchelton wine cellar.
