25.01.2022 Really looking forward to working on this project, have a few more in the pipeline, it's all coming together!
24.01.2022 First home builders grant has been extended/revised for January to March officially now. For applications done during that period you'll get 15,000 home builder grant, this is fantastic news to help some people who got screwed around with some lenders that I've heard. If you need any help at all I've connected with some of the best brokers in the business who have a wealth of knowledge from the industry to give you the best advice possible.... I'm also connected with multiple builders and building brokers, trying to he a one stop shop for anything property related! Have a great week.
24.01.2022 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-unit-qld-clayfield-1 Fresh listing for Clayfield, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 carpark property with a lovely tenant at the moment to work with. Open homes coming up for the weekend and should be expecting a quick sale for this property, keen to see many more signs around the area in the near future!
20.01.2022 Happy Buyer, Happy Seller It was refreshing to hear from the buyer that in all her years of property she's never had an easier transaction with an Agent and from the Seller that I've been nothing but professional and informative during the process. I've never lied when I tell people I approach things differently and I'm only there to help educate and empower those that ask for it, no sales pitch, no templated information just a good hearty conversation :) look forward to gett...ing many more great results on the Horizon! .....also the one time my country road boots get wet and I have to wear runners of course is when I need a good photo -.- thank you wet weather!
20.01.2022 A day off from open homes, Beautiful day at bribe island helping some buyers find their future forever home, man some of these houses are insane definitely know where I'd consider retiring Finish off the day with a relaxing lunch along the beach to watch some jetskis fly around, the property market at bribe is going insane which is matching most of Brisbane which is great to see this time if year #buyersagent #nevertoohotforsuits #7dayworkweeks
18.01.2022 ATTENTION Brisbane will enter a three-day lockdown to stop the spread of the highly contagious UK strain of COVID-19. Shopping for essentials, food and necessary supplies Medical or healthcare needs, including compassionate requirements Exercise with no more than one other person, unless all from the same household Providing care or assistance to an immediate family member Work, or volunteering, or study if it is not reasonably practicable to work or learn remotely Child custody arrangements Legal obligations Visit for end of life Attend funeral or wedding in line with restrictions Further restrictions include: No more than two visitors to the household per day (in addition to anyone else currently staying in the household), excluding care workers or volunteers All businesses that can remain open must adhere to one person per 4 square metres with maximum of 20 to 50 with COVID Safe or Industry Plan Restaurants and cafes to provide takeaway service only Cinemas, entertainment and recreation venues, gyms etc to close Places of worship to close Weddings involve a maximum of 10 people, including the celebrant and witnesses Funerals involve a maximum of 20 people Mandatory mask wearing anywhere outside of your home No visitors to aged care facilities, hospitals, disability accommodation services or correctional facilities. As we prepare for the possibility of more cases across the state, let’s do what Queenslanders do best stick together and help each other out. Also....don't be a numpty and buy 20000 rolls of toilet paper, the shops are still going to be open over the next few days during this lockdown and all you gotta do is wear a mask to grab groceries, even if this lockdown is extended for more time after Monday with Coles deliver and click and collect for woolies we'll all be fine, if you're in the Brisbane area and there's noway for you to get groceries during the next week, message the page and I'll get something sorted for you.

12.01.2022 Such a nice temperature for open homes today, much cooler with a bit of overcast It's been great meeting more of the local community at Clayfield while I'm in the area. I'd also like to thank Zuckerberg for allowing this post and bringing back all the other posts he deleted, nice to be alive again on the digital platform :P
10.01.2022 When you think of real estate, what are some of the questions that come to mind that you'd want to know more about. Part of my plan is to keep building on content like I did for the Buyers Agent article on our website. e.g. ... What type of loans can you get from brokers? What to look out for when buying your first Investment home? What does Yield mean when talking about property? Most of these things you can obviously spend time googling, but I'm wanting to build my own mini knowledge base of the common things people would want to know more about so anything at all you can think of let me know and I'll see what I can do!
