25.01.2022 Scrambled egg Sundays. You can really add whatever you want to scrambled eggs. I've added capsicum, mushrooms, 1 can of tuna, onion, tomatoes, chilli and mixed herbs for a little extra flavour.. plus 5 whole eggs which are obviously the key ingredient! A quick and easy yet nutritious meal packed with protein and fats to kickstart the day



23.01.2022 @bizcat92 hitting an easy 110kg x 2 a PB For him. Biz is in the middle of footy season so we're focusing on maintaining his strength at this point, however he was feeling good this day so we went a little heavier beating his old PB of 100kg!! This was also his 4th set and he's making it look easy, definitely had more in the tank.. nice work Biz

13.01.2022 Lately I've been working on the depth of my squat, trying to get my ass to grass. Still not quite there yet, but I'm definitely making progress. I've never been the most mobile/flexible person.. so two stretches I've implemented pre training to help with this, is a hip flexor and calf stretch which I hold for 5-10 seconds then release and repeat again another 8-10 times.
