12.01.2022 ** INTERESTING FACT** Did you know the tempo of music you listen to can have an influence on your heart rate? A study by Rogue et al., (2013) analysed 40 females between the ages of 18 - 35 yrs of age that were exposed to relaxing music and heavy metal music for a period of 5 minutes. During the 5 minute period of heavy metal music, women presented an increase in the sympathetic nervous system!...
