24.01.2022 I’m hooked on this one. A beautiful sweet sticky Jam, with a good hint of chilli. Perfect with your favourite cheese and crackers with a glass of wine , or try it as a side to spice up your next meal. It’s quite addictive.

21.01.2022 September The month of September is named ‘Sponge cake’ month in the Mitchell household. Well.....That’s according to our youngest daughter’Hannah’. . Including Fathers Day, we have 3 birthdays to celebrate, and yes, 1 of them is hers. ... Now, I have to add that hubby thinks Fathers Day takes precedence over everything. Although important, I DONT THINK SO!!! Also according to Hannah, if you don’t like Sponge Cake, too bad!! Because that’s what you’re going to get. 20.01.2022 A friend of mine made Lamb Shanks in her pressure cooker with our Beetroot & Orange Chutney. Anywho. This was my attempt. Thanks Robyn Michelle for the idea. We loved it. We used a slow cooker, rather than a pressure cooker. Just browned off the Lamb Shanks and sauté some onions. Add to slow cooker with your choice of veggies, a jar of our Beetroot & Orange Chutney, and a little water. ... Off we went to work for the day. And ‘Voila’. How nice to come home to a meal almost finished. So lucky to have some homegrown broccoli and sweet corn to make this a delicious meal. Give it a try.

Why not grab yourself a blanket and a picnic hamper filled with some crusty bread, cold meats and a jar of our Caramelised Onion Relish. Full flavoured Caramelised Onions with the addition of Rosemary, Mustard Seeds and Pepper. ... Add a chilled bottle of your favourite wine and some family or someone special. 01.01.2022 Ok. Seeing as we have such a good crop of broccoli growing this year, I decided to get on google and do a search of a new way to use it. Found this delicious ‘Broccoli, Corn and Halloumi Fritters’ recipe. Not my recipe. Not ashamed to admit it. But....will definitely make it again. ... Thanks - taste / Coles.
