25.01.2022 Project Update - Capricornia Correctional Centre As a major sub-contractor to CPB Contractors the team at Mitcon Projects is working to deliver significant upgrades at the Capricornia Correctional Centre that will support an increase in capacity and ongoing prison services. Scope of works include:... - A minimum of 164 additional residential cells in new buildings. - 100 bunks in secure cells. - A new residential officers station - A site-wide electronic security upgrade. Construction commenced in mid-2018 and will conclude in 2020.
