18.01.2022 Cloncurry Shire Council recently mounted two fibreglass replica bulls that were donated to the Shire by the Daniels family. This fine Brahman replica is located in a prominent location in the Cloncurry's Florence Clark Park and a Black Angus bull is located at the town's airport. 14.01.2022 The town of Hughenden is moving towards a greener future, with twin irrigation schemes to bring more investment and jobs to the outback community. Meetings were held last week to gauge local interest in buying water and land for the proposed $300m Hughenden Irrigation Project.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Maryann’s contribution to the resources industry and the Queensland Metals business is significant, especially in the areas of safety and health. She is the General Manager of Health, Safety, Environment and Community for Queensland Metals and is a true local having grown up and lived in the north-west Queensland community her entire life.
