02.01.2022 ~ New Schedule ~ Mitra Yoga Chiswick will be moving the class to THURSDAY NIGHTS 6:30-7:30pm as of the 10th November (this coming Thursday). After 2 weeks of incredible training with InYoga, i have gained so much joy and inspiration that i can't wait to share with all of you.

But most of all it helps us to create space in our mind and heart so we find more ease and effortlessness off the mat.
