We’d like to reassure y...ou that we are doing all we can to protect customers and staff in this unprecedented situation. Our workshops have made a number of adjustments to their business operations based on the advice of the Australian Government and Health Authorities. While our workshops have always maintained strong hygiene procedures, they've now increased their routine cleaning across reception areas and workshops. Technicians continue to use best hygiene practices, with additional sanitisation of relevant surfaces undertaken prior to returning your vehicle to you. We are committed to following best practice for health, hygiene, and personal distancing. In addition to these measures, Repco Authorised Service centres are further committed to providing options to our customers, including: - Pick up and drop off services where relevant - Remote payment service via phone or online banking - They can also meet you at your car in their carpark if you prefer not to enter the reception area If you would like to utilise any of these services, please call or email your local workshop discuss your requirements and they'll be happy to work with you to help make you comfortable.
