23.01.2022 Mittagong & District Junior Darts Association It would be good if M&DJDA could attract a few more boys and girls 13 to 18 as juniors and 5 to 13 as Sub Juniors. We have our fours Championships in July and would love to field a full teams of boys also girls in these age groups. Come along to Bargo Hotel on a Tuesday between 5 and 6pm or Mittagong RSL Club on Wednesday between 4.30 and 5.30pm to give darts a try. 21.01.2022 Mittagong & District Junior Darts Association On the weekend of 16th and 17th July Mittagong and District Juniors travelled to Forster to compete in the Junior Fours Championships. There was a Junior Girls team of Hayley Pike, Elizabeth Meredith and Bonnie-Rae Byfield who played with Caitlin Gigg from Mt Druitt club. One Junior Boy Josh Lumsdon who played with Mt Druitt club. We had two sub-Junior teams one Girls team of Shelby Roberts, Mikayla Lumsdon, Mia Randall and Tah...lia Simpson and one boys team of Zachery Simpson, Travis Fenn, Alex Lumsdon who played with Bailey Wallace from Newcastle. All these players had a fabulous weekend and had numerous finishes and high scores. Junior Girls team bought home Bronze and Junior Boys only one sheet off Bronze. Sub- Junior Girls bought home Bronze and Sub-Junior Boys bought home Gold. A fabulous effort from all players and the coaches and controllers as well as parents were extremely proud of you all. The players were well behaved and a credit to the Association. If you would like to join our club and come to our next Championship at Moree in September give Rhonda Riley a call on 0412 120 967. This is an inexpensive sport with registration of $6 and playing fees of $4 per week. Training is at Bargo Hotel on Tuesdays between 5 6pm and Mittagong RSL Club Carrington Room on Wednesdays between 4.30 5.30pm Ages are 5 to 18 years all welcome just come along to either venue no need for darts we can lend you some to give it a try. 11.01.2022 Mittagong & District junior darts association are selling Sipahh flavoured milk straws unfortunately we had to buy 32 boxes so we still have 16 boxes left. Best before date is 8/12/17. Flavours in each box chilled out choc mint, luscious strawberry, cocoa bean chocolate and okey-dokey cookies & cream. Each box contains 24 packs of 4 straws the box is $48 or each individual 4 straw pack is $2. If anyone can help is to sell these please contact Rhonda Riley on 0412120967

09.01.2022 Hi all Don't forget Practice Match with Campbelltown this sunday at Mittagong RSL 10am to 3pm please wear your dart shirt. It should be a lot of fun with some training to start with and then some fun games. Look forward to seeing you all there.
