09.01.2022 Today is just one of ‘those days’ where everything unplanned seems to arrive 6.30am - that’s right it’s Tuesday! Extra train station trip this morning 7.00 - Mum I’ve got no white under shirts for school ( because washing actually doesn’t walk to the laundry ) quick! Give me the extra load to do ready for tomorrow 7.30 - Mum.... I need you to see my teacher after school because I have lost my homework book. Geepers ok I better get dinner sorted this morning so I’m not lat...e feeding everyone 8.30 - I’ll be in Warragul for our coffee date at 11 l-11.15. Oh no!!! I had in my head 12pm so I better move it 8.45 - oh man! I have run out of bread. Now my sleeping uni kid who’s been up late studying will wake hungry. Running around like a crazy person this morning to make sure I get to enjoy my coffee date Thermomix again saves my day. A quick Mac b cheese with left over cabonossi thrown and my day became for less stressful. While that was stirring away I can finish that extra load of washing, have a shower, pop on my makeup and know that my evening will be settled, easy and no problem looking for my daughters homework book! Once upon a time I would postpone my much wanted coffee date. No today! See more
